Ananda Das is a Kundalini Yoga and laughter Yoga teacher. He comes from a spiritual family in North India. His Mother who also happens to be his first spiritual teacher was a Raj Yogi and an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner helping and healing many people all her life. At the age of twenty his search for the true Self became deeper and intensive after receiving a Shaktipath initiation in the holy city of Vrindavan through the grace of his Late Enlightened Master Devraha Baba Ji which gave him a transformative experience of the silent awareness and a blissful state of beingness. Since then he has dedicated his life to deepen that experience.
His workshops and classes are very vibrant, heart opening and effective in creating deep silence and self-awareness within. He also studied and practices Meditations such as Vipassana and Diksha for many years and brings great depth, peacefulness, joy and spontaneity to his teachings.
1) The opening outdoors:
This time we will do a little bit of Laughter and a small Heart Opening Meditation to Open the festival.
When the Mind is open then there is no judgement of oneself and the other. When the Heart is open then there is no seperation with oneself and the other. When the Mind and Heart are both open then there is no Oneself or the Other, Only Peace and Love.
2) Kundalini yoga class outdoors:
This Kundalini Yoga Class is about Cleaning The Subconscious hence we will do a very Powerful Kriya to clean IT.

Kundalini Yoga is an excellent tool when used with the right understanding and purpose. 3) Kundalini meditation deep workshop indoors:
In this workshop we will understand how meditation can be an essential part of our daily life in everything that we do with eyes closed or open, with no conditions.

This is a lecture and discussion about Awakening. Not any kind of Yoga, spiritual activity or practice. Just seeing in the most natural truth that it is without any mental, physical or emotional indulgence. You are welcome to join us in this pure and simple understanding of who we are and what is and should be the most important thing in life as long as this body is breathing. The space will be open for questions and answers and guidance into the deeper understanding of the most essential aspects of the inner world which are not understood by the intellectual nor experienced through the feelings.
